Urban Kidz Return Policy

Standard Return Policy
Urban Kidz offers a generous 30 day return policy from date of purchase on full priced merchandise that is in its original condition unworn and unwashed with tags attached. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs will be credited to the original form of payment. If you would like to exchange an item instead, please indicate what item and size you want. Please include original receipt with all returns.

Exceptions to Standard Return policy
SALE item’s 50% off or above are FINAL SALE and are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Other SALE items are eligible store credit only, no exchange.

Gift items
Gifts may be returned for store credit to recipient within 30 days of date of purchase. Please indicate gift giver’s name and recipients address, email and phone number with return.

• Do not return items outside of this return policy; they will be mailed back to you.
• Please include original receipt with your return and indicate what items you are returning and why
• If you are exchanging an item, please indicate what item and size you need.
• For Store Credit returns, you will be emailed or mailed your store credit receipt. Please hang on to this store credit for your records and future purchase.
• Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
• It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is track able, we are not responsible for non-receipt of returns.
• Returns will be processed within 7 days of the date we receive the items.
• Please allow one billing statement for refund credits to appear on your credit card.

Urban Kidz Shipping Rates

Urban Kidz uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and Express Mail for shipping packages. We also except Local Pick Up.

Shipping rates are reflected at the time the order is placed and reflects actual shipping rates charged by the United States Postal Service.
